Ladies Academy

Sweetwods Golf Club, along with our PGA Club Professional Gary Gilligan, are pleased to be able to offer a limited number of places in its Ladies Academy Programme for the 2024 season. The Academy is designed to provide Ladies, either new to the game or returning to the game of golf, with an enjoyable and pressure-free learning environment that fully prepares them for integration into full membership at their own pace.

The NEW Sweetwoods Ladies Academy is aimed at Ladies who are either complete beginners or ladies who are returning to golf after a substantial time away. It is a great opportunity to meet other ladies who are looking to learn the fundamentals of the game before taking the plunge to become members of our fantastic Club.

What do you get with the Academy Membership?

• 6 months full membership (April 1st – September 30th)
• 6 x 30 minute individual coaching sessions
• 6 x 60-minute group coaching sessions
• Unlimited use of the practice facilities (Range balls purchased separately)
• Unlimited use of the course after 2pm
• Member’s discount behind the bar
• Opportunity to meet Lady members and be a part of the club community

What happens at the end of the program?

Gary will advise you whether you are ready to join the club as a full member. Upon joining, individual tuition will be offered at a discounted rate for a further three months. Alternatively, the Academy Membership can be repeated.

What are the costs involved?

The cost for the Ladies Academy Membership is £795.00. That is only just over £30 per week!
